I am 99.9% certain this is Inanis and wondered whether you would like sightings and location of these for your recording?

Also, do you permit linking of images or is there a preference for them to be attachments?

Thanks.

Linda

Hello Linda

This is correct a female.

Details of site name, grid ref, date and recorder would be helful. I will accept data that can be verified by photos provided they are species that we have confidence can be IDd by photos. We do ask for photos for more challenging taxa, especially where a possible new species is involved or the taxonomy is confused

Regards

Roger

Hi Roger

Ok, will do that via PM or email as my hover pics are usually taken in my garden Very Happy

I have seen a few Inanis around a local small pond near where I work too over the last week or so and yesterday actually saw Zonaria there for the first time.

I have just read the section on how you like records submitted, so hopefully I can provide you with some useful information - for the easy ones, probably in one go later in the year.

It has certainly been an exceptionally good year in my back garden for syritta pipiens Very Happy

Thanks

Linda
